Ashley’s passion for natural healing began in high school where she worked as an athletic trainer with the football, basketball, soccer, and baseball teams. She has utilized that foundation of knowledge to help further her career and direction of studies.

Ashley worked as a massage therapist in her early twenties but wasn’t savvy enough to make it work for her and her family then. She spent the next 10 years managing specialty retail, learning the ins and outs of business, customer service, and sales before returning to massage therapy. Now she is exploring Myofascial Release, Herbal Therapy, Reiki, and grief/trauma massage.

She is fascinated and amazed by what massage therapy and energy work has done to help her and her friends, family, and clients. She is excited to share this information with others who want to bring a sense of relaxation to a stressed-out world, and to work as part of an integrated healthcare system to help solve issues like the American Opioid Epidemic, the Invisible Wounds of War, Depression, and Anxiety.
