Hands On Therapy Schools does not recruit students who are already attending or who have been admitted to another school offering a similar program of study.

| Handwritten letter on reason for study in this field of education |

Complete 450 class hours plus 50 hours of internship for a total of 500 hours OR Complete 700 class hours plus 50 hours of internship for a total of 750 hours |
| Successful completion of all classroom and clinic assignments |
| Achieve a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or 70% |
| Complete program in 1.5x normal rate of program length |
