Hands On Therapy Schools complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Students have the right to inspect records, request amendments, control disclosures, and file

complaints.

Directory information includes name, program, dates of attendance, credential earned, and enrollment

status.

Disclosures without consent follow FERPA allowances such as accrediting bodies, DOE, auditors, and

emergencies.
